ZeroOps
Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 May 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ZeroOps. By signing in or using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly and only for authorized business purposes.
1. Use of the platform
ZeroOps is provided to help organizations manage clients, projects, tasks, quotations, invoices, vendors, suppliers, approvals, documents, communication, and operational reporting.
2. Authorized users
Access is limited to users invited or approved by the workspace owner. Each user must use their own account and must not share login credentials with another person.
3. Account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping passwords secure, using accurate information, respecting assigned permissions, and reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use ZeroOps to upload unlawful content, attack the system, bypass permissions, access another user’s data without authorization, distribute malicious files, or interfere with platform reliability.
5. Business data
The workspace owner is responsible for the accuracy, legality, retention, and use of business records entered into the platform, including client data, invoices, quotations, uploaded files, and communications.
6. Availability and maintenance
ZeroOps may require maintenance, updates, backups, hosting changes, or security fixes. Reasonable effort should be made to avoid disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Limitations
ZeroOps supports business operations, but it does not replace professional accounting, legal, tax, cybersecurity, or compliance advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing records before relying on them.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as ZeroOps evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
